Paul Liu Jinghe (Chinese: 刘景和; 26 December 1920 - 11 December 2013) was a Chinese Catholic prelate who served as Bishop of Yongping from 1981 to 2010. He was also the vice-president of Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association and vice-president of the Bishops Conference of the Catholic Church in China.
