John Rustgard (21 October 1863 – 12 February 1950) was a Norwegian-American lawyer and politician who served as the 3rd Attorney General of the Alaska Territory as a member of the Republican party from 1920 to 1933. He remains the longest serving attorney general of Alaska to date.
