Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel has made a lot of controversial decisions this offseason but the worst one might have been revealed in Wright Thompson’s profile of the Heisman Trophy winner for ESPN.com: He dumped his model girlfriend, Sarah Savage, apparently over concerns she was a gold digger.
Reads the story:
“Whom could he trust? Over Easter, he went home with his girlfriend, a model. Her family showed him an online ranking of quarterbacks’ girlfriends, according to (his mom) Michelle Manziel. Johnny’s girl ranked high on the list, which made him wonder whether she was with him for the reflected glory. Eventually he ended the relationship.”
