Jon Manteca Cabañes, better known as Cojo Manteca (Cojo, the cripple) (Mondragón, Guipúzcoa, 1967 - Orihuela, Alicante, May 25, 1996), was a person elevated to media icon in the late 1980s in Spain after the publication of photographs and videos that showed him smashing furniture in a student demonstration in January 1987.
