Jon Robert Cart (born 1964) is an American flutist, piccoloist, and pedagogue. He is professor of flute at Montclair State University’s John J. Cali School of Music. He holds the position of piccoloist with the Landsdowne Symphony Orchestra. He received the Bachelor of Music from DePauw University, Master of Music from Indiana University and the Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Maryland Coillege Park. His primary teachers were Francis Fuge and James Pellerite. Cart is a Verne Q. Powell Flute Artist.
