Jori Olkkonen (born 1968), current name Petrik Salovaara and known in the demoscene as Yip/Pure-Byte, is one of the most widely known Finnish computer game musicians of the 1980s, making music for Commodore 64. Some of his most widely known pieces of music are Omega Man and 5th Dream About Happiness, latter of which was first published in Pure-Byte demo Scroll Machine and later used in the high-score list music of the game BMX Kidz (the main game music was composed by Rob Hubbard). The Omega Man song was used in the game with same name. Olkkonen also made the music for Jukka Tapanimäki's game Netherworld and Pasi Hytönen's game Uuno Turhapuro. Olkkonen also wrote for Finnish computer magazines. The listing for C64 music editor he coded and used, Megasound, was also published in C-lehti.
