José Bernardo Adolph (Stuttgart, 1933–Lima, 2008) was a Peruvian author of German origin whose life trajectory was shaped by exile, cultural displacement, and intellectual independence. He is widely regarded as one of the earliest and most important Peruvian writers of science fiction.
