José María García-Cernuda Estrada de Nora (17 March 1888 – 2 September 1977) was a Spanish politician and sports leader. He was a president of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation [es], a vice president of the Spanish football club Atlético Madrid, and the manager of the Spanish national team between 1923 and 1924. Cernuda was a member of the National Catholic Association of Propagandists [es] and a civil governor of both Guadalajara and Gipuzkoa during the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera.
