José Manuel Rafael Tagle Valdés (8 July 1916 – 28 September 2009) was a Chilean agricultural engineer, farmer, and politician. He was a member of the Conservative Party, the United Conservative Party, and later the National Party. He served as Deputy for the 7th Departamental Grouping (Santiago, Second District) in two periods between 1961 and 1973.
