Josef Philip Winkler (born April 5, 1974) is a German politician and member of the German Green Party "Bündnis 90/Die Grünen". He has been a member of the Deutscher Bundestag, the German Parliament, from 2002 to 2013. He was deputy head of the Greens in the German parliament from 2009 to 2013.
