Josep Gombau Balague (born 5 June 1976) is a Spanish football manager who is currently the head coach and sporting director for Queensboro FC in the USL Championship. He is a former FC Barcelona youth team coach and has held multiple positions at Barcelona academies. Gombau holds the highest coaching licence in Spain with the equivalent of the UEFA Pro Diploma attained at the Catalan Football Federation.
