Joseph Ðặng Ðức Ngân (Vietnamese: Giuse Đặng Đức Ngân) is a Vietnamese prelate since 2007. He was a priest of the Archdiocese of Hà Nội from 1987 and vicar general from 2005 until he was appointed Bishop of Lạng Sơn and Cao Bằng in 2007. In 2016, Pope Francis appointed him as Bishop of Đà Nẵng. He was appointed Coadjutor Archbishop of Huế and succeeded in 2025 after the resignation of his predecessor, Joseph Nguyễn Chí Linh.
