Joseph Horace Lewis (October 29, 1824 – July 6, 1904) was an American lawyer, military leader and politician.
He served as a brigadier general in the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War, and later a U.S. Representative from Kentucky and justice of the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the court of last resort in Kentucky at the time.
