Joseph Octave Nolin (1866 – December 1925) was a Canadian provincial politician. He was the Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for the constituencies of Athabasca and Île-à-la-Crosse.
He was the only representative of the former electoral district of Athabasca, which existed from 1908 until 1917.
From 1917 until 1925 he represented the riding of Île-à-la-Crosse.
