Joshua Thomas McDaniels (born April 22, 1976) is an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator of the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He has been an assistant coach in New England for 17 non-consecutive seasons, beginning his career with the team in 2001, and has served as offensive coordinator for 13 non-consecutive seasons. In between his tenure with the Patriots, he served as the head coach of the Denver Broncos for two seasons.
