Joshuah Bearman is a former staff writer and editor for the LA Weekly. He writes for Rolling Stone, Harper's, Wired, The New York Times Magazine, The Believer, McSweeney's, The Huffington Post and contributes to This American Life. Bearman was a contributing producer on the documentary, The King of Kong. He was one half of Team USA in Walleyball, a short film by Brent Hoff about a pick up game of volleyball at the US-Mexico Border. Bearman is a board member of 826LA, a non-profit tutoring center in Los Angeles. He lives in Hollywood, California.
