Joyashree Roy (born 1 October 1957) is an Indian economist, energy, and climate scientist. She is the first Bangabandhu Chair Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and was appointed to the Bangabandhu Chair on Sustainable Energy in 2018. She also lectures at the Institute's Department of Energy, Environment, and Climate.
