Julia Kaye (born June 15) is an American artist and illustrator. Kaye currently works on the Disney Television Animation show Big City Greens, and is the creator of the webcomic Up and Out. She has also done work for Maxim, Cosmopolitan, BuzzFeed, GoComics, College Humor, along with other graphic design work.
