Julia Lorillard Wampage Pell (1953–2006) was an advocate for the rights of same-sex couples and president of the Rhode Island Alliance for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights. She was born on May 9, 1953, in Washington, D.C., the youngest child of Nuala Pell and Claiborne Pell, a six-term United States Senator from Rhode Island.
