Julie Elizabeth Johnson (born May 2, 1966) is an American politician and attorney serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 32nd congressional district since 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 115th district from 2019 to 2025. Johnson is the first openly lesbian member of Congress from a Southern state.
