Jüri Pertmann (13 July 1938 – 11 July 2019) was an Estonian freedom fighter, psychologist, independence activist, civil servant and public figure. He served as chairman of the Memento [et] Union. He also served as head of the Tartu Countys' Department of the Citizenship and Migration Board.
