Kahlil Seren is an American politician, former local-government adviser, and the first directly elected Mayor of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. He is also the first mayor in the History of Cleveland Heights to be recalled. The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections reported 82% of voters voting to have him removed from office. Before becoming mayor, Seren was a policy adviser to Cuyahoga County Council and served on the Cleveland Heights City Council.
