Maulana Kalbe Rushaid Rizvi is an Islamic scholar and a prominent social leader of the country. He started his education at a very early age. After 10 years of Islamic education he went to the Islamic University in Jamhuri Islamic (Iran) for higher education. After completing his course he received the "Amama (turban)" by Ayatollah Golpaygani, the head of the Hauzallmiya in Qum, Iran. He has been involved in series of social works across India. He also served as the youngest member of All India Muslim Personal Law Board.
