Katarzyna Agata Kotula (born 1 February 1977) is a Polish politician, teacher, and social activist. Since 2019, she is a member of Sejm of Poland, from 2023 to 2025, she held the office of the Minister of Equality. She is a member of the New Left party, and one of the leaders of the All-Poland Women's Strike movement.
