Details
Kathleen Edward is a terminally ill sufferer of Huntington's disease, a progressive neurological disorder. Edward's mother, Laura Edward, also suffered from the same disease, which killed her in 2009, at the age of 24. Following Laura Edward's death, neighbour Jennifer Petrov was reported to have used her truck, with "Death Machine" written on the side, to tow a coffin up and down the road, while honking the horn. Edward's stepmother, Gabrielle Edward, said the problems started around 2008, when Petrov's children were not invited to a birthday thrown by Edward's grandmother, Rebecca Rose. Since 2010, Edward's disease is in its final stage.
