Kay Cathrine Millin Brownbill (21 July 1914 – 3 February 2002) was an Australian media personality and politician. She was a playwright, journalist, radio and television presenter, writer, and publicist, working primarily in Adelaide. She was the first South Australian woman elected to the House of Representatives and the third overall, serving a single term from 1966 to 1969.
