Kenneth Addison Duncan (born August 23, 1945) is an American Democratic lawyer from Baton Rouge, who from 1996 to 2000 served a single term as the elected Louisiana State Treasurer. He was unseated in the 1999 primary election by fellow Democrat, later Republican, John Kennedy, now the state's junior U.S. senator.
