Kim Webster is an American actress most commonly known for her role of Ginger, one of Toby Ziegler's (Richard Schiff) secretaries in the communications office on The West Wing. She served in this role since the series began in 1999 and appeared in 57 episodes. Kim is a graduate & proud supporter of everything West Virginia University. An active member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority & native Jersey girl now living in LA. She is known for her loyalty & Mountaineer pride. Kim was the victim of a fire in 2009 in which she lost all of her posessions.
