Kong Chang (fl. 4th century) was a barbarian military general of Later Zhao during the Sixteen Kingdoms period. He was one of Shi Le's more active generals during Shi's career in Han Zhao as well as his early reign as Prince of Zhao. He participated in many battles against the northern vassals of the Jin dynasty (266-420), usually leading the vanguard with consistent success.
