Konstantin Pavlovich Voskoboinik (Russian: Константи́н Па́влович Воскобо́йник; 1895 – 8 January 1942) was a Russian Nazi collaborator politician and military commander who served as the first burgomaster of the Lokot Autonomy, a collaborationist autonomy established in German-occupied areas of Russia. He was a close friend and associate of Bronislav Kaminski, who succeeded him as leader.
