Bogalay Kyaw Hlaing (Burmese: ဘိုကလေး ကျော်လှိုင်, 28 September 1914 – 13 April 1996) was a Burmese artist. Due to his mastery of the technique of painting clouds, he was sometimes called "Cloudy Kyaw Hlaing".
