Encarnación López Júlvez, better known as La Argentinita, (Buenos Aires, March 3, 1898 – New York, September 24, 1945) was a Spanish-Argentine flamenco dancer (bailaora), choreographer and singer together with her sister Pilar López Júlvez. La Argentinita was considered the highest expression of this art form during that time.
