Details
Laura Escudé is a critically acclaimed music technologist, violinist, composer, sound designer and educator. She specializes in the software program Ableton Live and became one of the first Ableton Certified Trainers in 2008. In 2009 she worked with Cirque du Soleil on their production Viva Elvis as an Ableton programmer, toured Europe with acclaimed world music band Niyaz, was a tour consultant for Kanye West and recorded violin on EastWest’s Quantum Leap Silk sound library. Escudé performs regularly around Los Angeles at events such as Create:Fixate, does session work and sound design for commercials and film and has performed and recorded for composers such as Carmen Rizzo and Eric Whitacre and artists such as Sage Francis and PlatEAU (band).
