But actor Rob Kazinsky, who plays the soap`s hot new star, has a very different way of coping with lost love. He writes slushy poems instead.
He published a string of his yearning verses on the net after a girl he adored broke his heart only months ago. Rob, 22, admits: "I fell in love for the first time and had my heart broken."
And while he`s not saying who the object of his affection was, clues in his writings suggest it could be stunning actress-model Lauren Gold.
The beautiful brunette was Rob`s co-star in Sky One`s soccer drama Dream Team and appeared in Robbie Williams`s video for Rock DJ. She`s also been linked to Arsenal footballer Freddie Ljungberg.
Rob reveals he enjoyed an "immediate on-screen chemistry" with Lauren, who played Dream Team girl Scarlett Rose. Although she says there was nothing more to their relationship than being co-stars.
"She`s a great gal who always makes me laugh when I shouldn`t," he says. But the actor clearly wasn`t chuckling when he penned his tortured poems.
One titled The Man I Once Was says: "A mere shadow of the power I once was, a weak and snivelling shell, no fire, no flame, no desire.
"A woman did this to me, she took me, drained from me my very essence as a vampire would suck my lifeblood, she took my will, she took my dreams, she took my power.
"I gave it to her, I loved her so madly that I forsook my own life and lived hers, gloried in her dreams, laboured with her problems, loved her so completely that I forgot all about me."
And in A New Day he writes: She took my fire she took my soul, She took my desire and trod on my soul, She walked away with my power my drive She turned her back but left me alive Only just scraping each breath Lived in a daze moments from death Couldn`t find a purpose, a reason for living For all that I was to her I was giving But she didn`t care, apart for herself She left me bare and took all my wealth.
Speculation is rife Kazinsky loosely based the poems on Lauren after he wrote another, called A Tribute To Gold.
He calls her: "Miss caring and kind", "Miss wonderful", "Miss mysterious eyes", "Miss amazing thighs" and gushes...
Miss gorgeous grace, Miss heart-devouring eyes and perfectly formed face, Miss perfect body and luscious lips, Miss warm soul and swaying hips, Miss generous spirit with a soul so true, Miss kind heart and honest, too. Miss enchanting smile and teasing nose, Miss cutesy ears and lips of rose, Miss incredible flanks and perfect toes, Miss lovely calves and clear eyes closed, Miss stunning when sleeping and stunning when waked, Miss unequalled stomach and nothing faked, Miss perfect in all inside and out...
