Lazarus You Heung-sik (Korean: 유흥식; Hanja: 兪興植; born 17 November 1951) is a South Korean prelate of the Catholic Church and the current Prefect of the Congregation for the Clergy. He is the first Korean named to head a department of the Roman Curia. He previously served as the bishop of the Diocese of Daejeon from 2005 to 2021, after two years as coadjutor bishop under Bishop Joseph Kyeong Kap-ryong.
