Leong Mun Wai (born 25 September 1959) is a Singaporean politician and former investment banker. A member of the opposition Progress Singapore Party (PSP), he served as a Non-Constituency Member of Parliament (NCMP) of the 14th Parliament of Singapore from 24 August 2020 till 15 April 2025 when the parliament was dissolved. He served as Secretary-General of the PSP from 2023 to 2024. On 26 March 2025, Leong was re-elected as the party's Secretary-General in preparation for the General Election 2025.
