Leocadia Lilian “Lia” Willems-Martina (9 December 1949 – January 23, 2021) was a politician from Curaçao. As a member of Pueblo Soberano she was for a short term Minister of Administration and Planning in 2011 during the Schotte cabinet. She had to leave because she had taken her husband on a trip flying business-class at the expense of the country. She had also appointed a friend as a policy officer. Willems was born in Groot Kwartier, Willemstad, and lived in the Netherlands after her political career was over.
