Liam Aylward (born 27 September 1952) is a former Irish Fianna Fáil politician who served as Minister of State for Animal Health, Welfare and Customer Service from 2002 to 2004, Minister of State for Education from 1992 to 1994 and Minister of State at the Department of Energy from 1988 to 1992. He served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the East constituency from 2004 to 2014. He was a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Carlow–Kilkenny constituency from 1977 to 2007.
