Liang Jianyong (born in September 1959, Chinese: 梁建勇), a native of Yangcheng, Shanxi Province, is a Chinese politician. He has served as Director of the Publicity Department of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Secretary of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress, and Chairman of the Fujian Federation of Trade Unions.
