Liang Junwu (Chinese: 梁骏吾; 18 September 1933 – 23 June 2022) was a Chinese scientist in the field of semiconductor materials, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is known as the founder of early semiconductor silicon materials in China. He was a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
