Liang Qiping (1947-, Chinese: 梁绮萍), hailing from Xiangcheng District, Zhangzhou, Fujian, is a Chinese female politician. She graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of Fuzhou University, joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in October 1974, and was chosen as a member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection at the 15th and 16th CCP Congresses, respectively. She has held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial CCP Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). She served as a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and held the position of deputy director of the Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese.
