Lim Ming Yan (Chinese: 林明彦; born February 1963) is the Chairman of NS Square Ltd., The Esplanade Co Ltd and Changi Airport Group. He was formerly the Chairman of Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and Workforce Singapore (WSG). He is also currently Singapore's Non-Resident High Commissioner to the Republic of Mauritius. He was formerly the president and group chief executive officer (CEO) of CapitaLand.
