Liu Jixian (Chinese: 刘继贤; born October 1948) is a Chinese military scholar and former lieutenant general of the People's Liberation Army. He served in a variety of posts within the PLA Navy and later held senior positions at the PLA Academy of Military Sciences. Liu also serves as a vice president of the China Law Society.
