Liu Keqing (born in May 1955, Chinese: 刘可清), born in Zhouning County, Fujian Province, is a Chinese politician. Liu has held the positions of vice chairman and deputy party secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He served as a delegate to the 17th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress, a member of the 8th and 9th Fujian Provincial Committees of the Chinese Communist Party, and a deputy to the 10th and 11th Fujian Provincial People's Congress.
