Liu Mancang (Chinese: 刘满仓; born October 1955) is a former Chinese politician who served as vice governor of Henan from 2008 to 2013 and vice chairperson of Henan Provincial People's Congress from 2016 to 2018.
As of October 2024 he was under investigation by China's top anti-graft watchdog.
