Liu Ying (Chinese: 刘英; born Liu Shengmu (Chinese: 刘声沐); November 26, 1905 – May 18, 1942) was a Chinese revolutionary, military political commissar, and senior Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader. He served as secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Zhejiang Provincial Committee from 1938 until his execution by the Kuomintang in 1942. Together with Su Yu, Liu was one of the principal founders of the Communist revolutionary base area in southwestern Zhejiang and a leading organizer of the anti-Japanese resistance in the province.
