Lokman Mohsen Slim (Arabic: لقمان محسن سليم; 17 July 1962 – 4 February 2021) was a Lebanese publisher and independent social and political activist who lived and worked in the Southern Suburbs of Beirut, Greater Beirut, South Lebanon, and the Bekaa Valley. He was also an internationally recognized commentator on Lebanese and Middle East politics. Slim was found shot dead in a car in southern Lebanon on 4 February 2021, an area dominated by Hezbollah, the group who was accused, from which he received multiple death threats in the past for being a fierce opponent.
