Born Louis Jude Ferrigno Sr. on 9th November, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA, he is famous for being a professional bodybuilder from 1969 to 1977 and 1990 to 1995, IFBB Mr. Olympia runner-up in 1974, 3rd place in IFBB Mr. Olympia 1975, and winning the title IFBB Mr. Universe title 1973 and 1974 consecutively, as well as 4th place in the World’s Strongest Man 1977 competition, in addition to his roles as the Hulk in the CBS superhero science fiction drama series The Incredible Hulk, John Six in the ABC medical drama series Trauma Center, and Hercules in the 1983 science fantasy adventure film Hercules in a career that spans 1971–present.
