Lovely Ann Warren (born July 1, 1977) is an American politician and lawyer serving as the 69th mayor of Rochester, New York. She was previously the President of the Rochester City Council. She is the first woman to serve as mayor of Rochester, as well as the second African-American after William A. Johnson Jr.
