Low Yen Ling (born 17 August 1974; simplified Chinese: 刘燕玲; traditional Chinese: 劉燕玲; pinyin: Liú Yànlíng) is a Singaporean politician. She has served as Minister of State in the Ministry for Trade and Industry and Ministry for Culture, Community and Youth since 27 July 2020 as well as Mayor of the South West District since 1 May 2014. She served as Senior Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry for Education from 1 May 2017 to 26 July 2020, Ministry for Manpower from 1 May 2018 to 26 July 2020, Ministry for Trade and Industry from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018. She also served as Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry for Culture, Community and Youth from 1 May 2014 to 11 September 2015 and the Ministry for Social and Family Development from 1 October 2013 to 11 September 2015.
A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), she has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Chua Chu Kang GRC for Bukit Gombak since May 2011. She entered politics in the 2011 Singaporean general election. She was promoted from Parliamentary Secretary to Senior Parliamentary Secretary on 1 May 2017 and from Senior Parliamentary Secretary to Minister of State on 27 July 2020.
